The Brazilian Journal of Management, Innovation and Sustainable Development (RBGIDS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published twice a year by Unijaguaribe. Established in 2025, the journal provides a multidisciplinary platform for the dissemination of high-quality research focused on the dynamic intersections between management, innovation and sustainability.
