About the Journal
The Brazilian Journal of Management, Innovation and Sustainable Development (RBGIDS), published by Unijaguaribe, is an open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal with a semiannual frequency. Established in 2025, the journal is committed to fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and advancing the dissemination of scientific knowledge in the fields of management, innovation, and sustainability. RBGIDS aims to serve as a pluralistic and inclusive platform for the exchange of both theoretical and applied knowledge that engages with the complex challenges faced by public institutions, private organizations, and the nonprofit sector. With a particular focus on the social, technological, and environmental transformations shaping the 21st century, the journal promotes critical inquiry that contributes to understanding and solving real-world issues.
RBGIDS welcomes contributions in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and actively encourages submissions from authors across Brazil and the international academic community. Its editorial vision is guided by the goal of building a collaborative scholarly network committed to sustainable development, and to amplifying diverse perspectives within the global research landscape.
The journal seeks to publish original, unpublished scientific work that explores theoretical and practical aspects of organizational management, technological and social innovation, environmental sustainability, the green economy, public policy, socio-environmental responsibility, entrepreneurship, and regional development. RBGIDS particularly values research that offers concrete insights and solutions to socio-environmental challenges, encourages innovation across various sectors, and strengthens the dialogue between academia, industry, and society. Accepted submission types include original research articles, theoretical essays, systematic reviews, and experience reports grounded in practice.
