The Brazilian Journal of Management, Innovation and Sustainable Development (RBGIDS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by Unijaguaribe. Issued semiannually and operating under a continuous publication model, the journal is dedicated to disseminating high-quality research that addresses the pressing challenges of our time in the fields of management, innovation and sustainability. Its mission is to promote interdisciplinary and collaborative scholarship that contributes to advancing knowledge and developing solutions to contemporary social, economic, and environmental issues. RBGIDS welcomes original and unpublished manuscripts—both theoretical and applied—written in Portuguese, English or Spanish, and encourages submissions from national and international authors alike. All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the scientific integrity, originality, and relevance of the work published.
